What you choose to put in your body, not only affects you, but also affects the whole planet. Know where your food comes from. Try to avoid meats & dairy products that stem from factory farms, buy produce that was grown locally & organically, and avoid supporting companies that have a history of exploiting farmers in other countries & at home.
